West Hollywood is full of interesting history and was the place to go for casinos and night clubs in the 1920’s when gambling was illegal in the city of Los Angeles but not the county. Many movie industry members came to this area and built unique apartment buildings and hotels. Many furnishing showrooms and interior designers reflect periods going back to the middle of the century.
